If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. However, you must inform us of the damage within 24 hours after delivery via email, including photos of the product and packaging. You can always send this to info@lightandshade.be - Delay

Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
