If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, you can sign for the shipment noting that the package was received damaged. If the contents of the shipment are indeed damaged, we will look for a solution as quickly as possible to send replacement parts or new products. Does the product not meet your expectations? No problem! As a private customer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Products can be returned within 5 working days after notification in their original packaging. It is important that both the product and the product box are intact to be eligible for a return.
Tip: do not use the product box as a shipping box.
